Kayla Hill founded The Turning Point Law Firm with a clear purpose: to empower small businesses, entrepreneurs, and creatives with the legal resources, tools, and support they need to be successful. She believes that law should do more than solve problems—it should help clients build generational wealth and lasting legacies. Supporting others as they pursue their dreams is the driving force behind why she started her own firm.

Kayla’s legal career has always been defined by adaptability and vision. She is frequently asked why she practices across such a wide range of legal areas—intellectual property, business law, contracts, compliance, data privacy, real estate, and entertainment law. The answer is that her professional experience has given her a 360-degree perspective of what it takes to build a solid legal strategy.
From over a decade working in real estate transactions to advising clients on trademarks, copyrights, contracts, and data privacy compliance, Kayla’s background enables her to connect the dots across industries and legal needs. She has served as counsel for creatives, tech founders, advisors, and businesses navigating government and private contracts—always tailoring her approach to the client’s stage of growth and goals.
Educator & Thought Leader
Beyond legal counsel, Kayla is also an educator and thought leader. She created KayRenee Law, a subscription-based legal education platform, and regularly speaks at workshops, conferences, and training programs on topics ranging from contracts to data privacy
She has also held leadership roles outside of traditional practice, serving as Chief Operating Officer for creative production companies and collectives, where she developed operations, educational programming, and strategic partnerships. This hands-on experience with entrepreneurs and creatives gives her a unique understanding of the challenges business owners face daily.
